With more than 25 years of experience, I offer therapy for a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues. Trained in psychotherapy I use an integrated approach to meet each of my client’s unique therapeutic needs. Among the variety of treatment modalities upon which I draw are Family Systems, CBT, DBT, Mindful Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Trauma-Informed Therapy.
